Set up Enaio Client

To connect Enaio to amber, you only need to provide four things. Share the following with the Amber support team and they will configure the connector on your instance.

Please note that Amber will only index the content that the service account you provide has access to. Make sure it has read access to all the content you want to be indexed.

1. URL

The base URL of your Enaio web app - for example http://your-enaio-host.

2. Username and Password

The username and password of an Enaio account that has read access to the content you want indexed.

3. Custom fields

Please provide the custom names for the following custom fields, if you have set them:

- Document Title
- Author

4. Share Credentials

Please securely share the following information with the amber support team:

  1. URL of your Enaio instance.

  2. Username

  3. Password

  4. Custom fields

Once you have shared these credentials, the amber team will take care of the rest. They will configure the data source and connect it to your Amber instance. No further action is needed on your side.
